Can you pick us up from our hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Hotel pickup & drop-off is included anywhere in Lisbon, Cascais and surrounding areas. Just enter the address when booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. After that, the full amount is non-refundable.

Are entrance tickets included?

If you choose the Skip-the-Line option, your Pena Palace ticket is included. Other monument tickets are paid on the day (your guide handles everything).

Is the tour suitable for kids and seniors?

Absolutely. We provide infant seats, the vehicle is wheelchair-accessible, and the pace is set by you. Guides regularly adapt the day for families and travellers with mobility needs.

What languages do your guides speak?
